If something isn't quite right with your purchase, reach out to our friendly Petmima Pack within 30 days. We're here to help and ensure you're satisfied with every step of your journey with us.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
When you purchase a subscription with Petmima, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to prepay in advance.
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel anytime before the renewal date.
If you’d like to make changes or cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a direct link to your account, where you can easily manage your subscription settings by logging in to your account.
HERE'S THE SCOOP ON RETURNS:
- Chat With Us First! Before initiating a return, drop us an email at info@petmima.com.au. Our Petmima Pack will provide guidance, a unique returns number, and our return address.
- Sending it Back: Ensure your item(s) are in their original condition and unused. With the returns number and address ready, ship back your products. These details are crucial for a hassle-free return.
- Return Timeframe: Please remember to reach out within 30 days of receiving your order, as indicated by our trusty courier's delivery status.
THINGS TO WAG YOUR TAIL AT:
- Missed the 30-day window by a whisker? Don't fret. Reach out, and we'll see how we can help on a case-by-case basis.
- Generally, customers bear the return shipping costs. However, if the mix-up is on our end, we'll gladly cover those costs.

Picked up a Petmima item from one of our partner stores? For returns, simply head back to where you bought it and check with them directly regarding their return policy.
DAMAGED GOODS
Did something arrive not looking its best? It's rare, but we're here to help. Please capture a clear photo of the damaged product and forward it to info@petmima.com.au along with your invoice number and name. Our Pack will jump into action!
